Iranian flick ‘Blue Land’ has been screened at the Silver State Film Festival in the US.

Iranian flick ‘Blue Land’ has been screened at the Silver State Film Festival in the US.

The film directed by Ali Fakhr-Mousavi represented Iran at the third edition of the event.

A synopsis for the film reads, “After facing some problems in Tehran, Dr. Arash Peyro decides to go to a border village where he discovers truth about the past”.

A co-production of Iran and the Czech Republic, the film was produced with the investment of Oleksida Company in Iran.

All the cast members are Iranian and the project was filmed in northern Iran. The post-production stage of ‘Blue Land’ was done in the Czech Republic.

Cast members of the film are Mohammad-Reza Rahbar, Manouchehr Azar, Behzad Dorani, and Sahar Abdollahi.

Fakhr-Mousavi’s film has previously participated in the 2020 Silver State Film Festival in the US.
